There are Dream Centers all over the United States and each one stands alone representing different missions and meeting different needs!

Dream Center Sangamon County is an educational resource center that offers unique hands-on learning experiences for young people and adults.

Everything at the Dream Center implements hands-on and integrated learning. They will learn to use the tools they’ve been given to advance their educational and occupational aspirations.

The Dream Center is stepping into an exciting new chapter! Under the leadership of Executive Director Eric Hansen and his wife Cheryl, we are renewing our passion to serve, love, and impact our community for Christ. With over 40 years of nonprofit ministry experience, Eric brings fresh vision and strong leadership to guide the Dream Center into its next season. Together with Cheryl, a lifelong servant and encourager, they are committed to making the Dream Center a mission outpost in the heart of Springfield.

The Dream Center will continue to offer vital community programs, including:
• Evening education classes to equip and inspire.
• Food and clothing ministries to meet practical needs.
• Care for underprivileged families and children, sharing hope and dignity.

We believe the best is yet to come. God has entrusted this work to us, and we are eager to see lives changed, families restored, and the love of Jesus Christ shared with our city.
